About the nostril piercing
The nostril is one of our most popular piercings. Where the stud sits makes a big difference: a little higher or lower on the curve changes the look. We mark it, check it from several angles with you, and adjust until it's right.
We start you in a nostril stud or flat-back with a post sized for swelling, not a hoop. A hoop can go in once it's healed.
Placement options
What to expect at your appointment
We mark the placement and check it in the mirror with you, then pierce with a single-use needle. Your eyes may water, which is a reflex and not a sign of pain. It takes seconds.
Every appointment includes a free consultation, and every piercing is done with a sterile, single-use needle. We never use piercing guns, and every tool is autoclave-sterilized and individually pouched.
Healing & aftercare
Clean the inside and outside with sterile saline. Keep makeup, skin-care products and face cloths away from it, and be careful pulling shirts over your head. Don't change the stud early. A healing nostril can close fast.
Full step-by-step instructions are in our piercing aftercare guide. If anything looks off while it's healing, call or text us. Checkups are free.
Nostril piercing FAQ
How much is a nose piercing in Union City?
A nostril piercing is $50, including an implant-grade titanium stud. 14k gold upgrades are available in studio.
Can I get a nose ring right away?
We start with a stud because rings move and irritate a fresh piercing. Once healed, usually 4–6 months, we can fit a hoop.
Do you use a gun for nose piercing?
Never. Nostrils are pierced with a sterile, single-use needle only.
Can I get my nose pierced as a minor?
Yes, with a parent or legal guardian present, valid photo ID and signed consent forms.
Ready for your nostril piercing?
Book online in about a minute, or just walk in. We're in Mission Square on Shannon Pkwy, open 7 days.
