About the nipple piercing
We pierce nipples in a private room. Your piercer explains every step, marks the placement with you, and only goes ahead when you're ready.
We use straight implant-grade titanium barbells, sized with a little extra length for swelling and then downsized once it settles. Correct length is the biggest factor in healing well.
Placement options
What to expect at your appointment
We talk through placement and jewelry first, mark and check symmetry, then pierce with a single-use needle. It's sharp but over in seconds.
Every appointment includes a free consultation, and every piercing is done with a sterile, single-use needle. We never use piercing guns, and every tool is autoclave-sterilized and individually pouched.
Healing & aftercare
Clean with sterile saline, wear a clean, snug cotton top or sports bra for support, and avoid friction and oral contact while it heals. Come back to have it downsized.
Full step-by-step instructions are in our piercing aftercare guide. If anything looks off while it's healing, call or text us. Checkups are free.
