About the belly piercing
A standard navel piercing goes through the rim of skin at the top of your belly button. Not every navel suits that placement. We check how your navel looks while you sit and stand, because a placement that looks fine lying down can be pinched when you sit.
We fit an implant-grade titanium curved barbell sized to your anatomy. Dangles and rings can go in once it's healed.

What to expect at your appointment
We check your anatomy standing and seated, mark the placement, and pierce with a single-use needle. It's quick, and most people say it hurt less than they expected.
Every appointment includes a free consultation, and every piercing is done with a sterile, single-use needle. We never use piercing guns, and every tool is autoclave-sterilized and individually pouched.
Healing & aftercare
Clean with sterile saline. High-waisted pants, belts and tight waistbands are the biggest problem, so wear loose clothing that sits below it. Avoid pools, lakes and hot tubs while it heals.
Full step-by-step instructions are in our piercing aftercare guide. If anything looks off while it's healing, call or text us. Checkups are free.
Belly piercing FAQ
How much is a belly button piercing?
$50, including an implant-grade titanium curved barbell.
How long does a belly piercing take to heal?
Typically 6–12 months. Navels are slow to heal because the area moves and rubs against clothing.
Can I swim after a belly piercing?
Avoid pools, lakes, oceans and hot tubs until it's healed. They carry bacteria that can irritate or infect a fresh piercing.
When can I wear a dangly belly ring?
Once it's fully healed. Dangles add weight and catch on clothing, which slows healing.
